SMM March 6 News: Today, the SMM 1# lead average price increased by 75 yuan/mt from yesterday to 17,100 yuan/mt. Secondary refined lead suppliers' quoted discounts remained largely unchanged, with mainstream ex-factory quotations at discounts of 50-0 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead price. In South China, ex-factory quotations were at a discount of 50 yuan/mt, while in Anhui, the discount was also 50 yuan/mt ex-factory. In Jiangxi, certain supplies were quoted at a discount of 260 yuan/mt against the SHFE 2504 contract ex-factory. Today's ex-factory quotations for tax-free refined lead were in the range of 16,050-16,150 yuan/mt.
